6.2 You acknowledge that "Sur Beyond" and its logos are trademarks of HEYJOE SPA and may not be used without written permission.
You agree to indemnify Sur Beyond and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your UGC, your unauthorized use of Content, or your breach of these Terms.
8.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sur Beyond does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sur Beyond shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We have the right to terminate your access to the Service for any reason, without notice.
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
10.2 If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of your country's law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile, unless local consumer protection law dictates otherwise.
